Cy Editor Tools Widget Library

Hello, to all of you

I am currently working on several addons for all Cy editor tools modules, one that allows to have the link and description of each file created, and a launcher to launch the modules as applications.

I also perform several tests for multi-window widget application testing.

I am not yet working on the update of "real time debug value" but it was supposed to work correctly under 4.23, I would like to add the addons to it soon.
